As a school leader I must be organized and systematic. My tenure with Dr. Pierre has taught me that planning is the foundation of organization.
Create various protocols Programming Use of technology to improve the quality and efficiency of operations and management (adept at graphs, charts, excel documents, flyers, brochures, and eye-catching documents) Advocate for infusing technology into instruction and the day-to-day operations of the organization Excellent mediation skills Invite, hold, and give feedback on conflict with and among staff (grievance meetings, letters to meet, letters to file, court witness, memos, etc.) Create schedules for class rosters, teachers, and paraprofessionals Manage physical space resourcefully (ENL room, ADL room, small gym, small cafe', etc.) Oversee all compliance and programming reports to improve our overall compliance rate Act as the direct supervisor for four of our alternate sites; Aveyron Academy, Aveyron Soleil Academy, Aveyron STEAM Academy, and Aveyron Technical Academy Track Least Restrictive Environment for our alternate students Manage budgets and resources Instrumental in hiring new personnel Manage non-instructional staff Manage my personal schedule (travel over numerous sites) Maintain campus facilities and PPE for the off sites Develop systems and processes for monitoring a safe school environment - no OORS incidences
