Aveyron Academy
- First Assistant Principal for Aveyron Academy
- Part of the interview and hiring process of new staff
- Created an Instructional Focus Calendar and Professional Development Calendars
- In conjunction with a wonderful team, was instrumental in building the site to 90 students

- Ensured curriculum, instruction, assessment, and resources were effective

- Wrote proposal and oversaw conversion of Home Living Environment Room

- Supported staff transitioning from in-person to remote learning through detailed instructions on creating a Google Classroom, expectations for teaching and learning remotely, creating documents for data collection, and continuing to support staff with resources

Aveyron STEAM Academy
- Started the site with a small skeletal crew
- The site required a lot of construction, which I oversaw
- Ensured timeline was met and we opened on schedule
